In the Search bars section of the Search bars tab, authorized administrators can select one or several of the following options:

Search in current document to display a search bar in the sidebar of the Reader page (when the user is accessing the application in Desktop mode). End-users can enter a query in this search bar to look for matches in the document currently open in the Reader page.
- Highlight exact matches in content to highlight the exact matches in a document when typing a term in the Search in document bar.

Search in all documents to display a search bar in the classic header of the Reader page (when the user is accessing the application in Desktop mode). End-users can enter a query in this search bar to look for matches in any publication uploaded to the portal's Knowledge Hub.

Search in all documents from the Viewer page to display a search bar in the header of the Viewer page (when the user is accessing the application in Desktop mode). End-users can enter a query in this search bar to look for matches in any publication uploaded to the portal's Knowledge Hub.
- The Search in current document option is selected by default.
- This topic describes the user's experience when using the application in desktop mode. In mobile mode, users can access both search bars by selecting the Search button in a portal's classic header.
