The HTML download option defines whether a user with whom another user has shared a Personal Book can download it in HTML format on the classic Reader page.
The HTML download option is disabled by default.
Users with the ADMIN or PORTAL_ADMIN role can enable or disable this option by selecting or clearing the Enable HTML download for all users check box.
If enabled, HTML download for shared Personal Books is enabled for all authenticated users. If disabled, HTML download for shared Personal Books is not allowed on the portal.
Even if the HTML download option is disabled, HTML download can still be enabled using user roles.
