In the Access level section of the Reader page administration interface, ADMIN and PORTAL_ADMIN users can enable or disable the Access level option of the classic Reader page.

When the option is enabled, all users (including users who are not logged in to Fluid Topics) can see information about a document's access level in the expanded Title bar as in the following example:

Document metadata for the Fluid Topics User Guide, with the Access level highlighted and set to 'Visible to all'. Other fields include 'Product' as 'Fluid Topics', 'Version' as '3.9', 'Category' as 'Reference Guides', 'Language' as 'English,' and 'Target Audience' as 'public'.

If the option is disabled, only users with the ADMIN, KHUB_ADMIN, or CONTENT_PUBLISHER roles can consult a document's access level in the expanded Title bar as follows:

Document metadata for the Fluid Topics User Guide, with the Access level highlighted and set to 'Visible to all'. Other fields include 'Version' as 'Latest,' 'Category' as 'Reference Guides,' 'Language' as 'en-US,' and 'Last publication date' as 'Thursday, May 27, 2021'.

The Access level option is disabled by default.
