Selecting Rating in the Notifications section of the Administration menu displays the Rating administration interface, where ADMIN and PORTAL_ADMIN users can preview and configure rating types and availability.
Rating is only available to users who have the RATING_USER role.
It is possible to assign the RATING_USER role as a default role to both authenticated and unauthenticated users.
