The Knowledge Hub is the place where administrators can publish different types of content and manage content throughout its lifecycle.
Selecting Knowledge Hub in the Administration menu displays the following tabs:
- All of the above administration interfaces are available to users with the
ADMIN
and/orKHUB_ADMIN
role(s). - The Process content administration interface is also available to users with the
CONTENT_PUBLISHER
role. - The Content packager is a premium feature that requires a subscription. As such, it may not be available for a given portal.
