In the Custom JavaScript interface, users with the ADMIN role can edit a portal's custom.js file.

  • Incorrectly configuring a tenant's custom.js file can break the tenant. Antidot cannot be held responsible for any problems that may occur for this reason.
  • JavaScript defined in the Custom JavaScript menu does not apply in designed pages. Use a Custom component to use JavaScript in a designed page.
  • On-prem customers: Modifying the Custom JavaScript in the user interface takes precedence over the custom.js file. Once an administrator has modified the Custom JavaScript in the interface, altering the custom.js file does not affect the portal.
