In the Match all search terms section, it is possible to configure alerts depending on the terms found in a new document or topic. The options are the following:

At least one search term: triggers an alert when one search term is found in new or updated search results. This option may return a large number of results.

All search terms: triggers an alert only when all search terms are found in new or updated search results. This option return more precise results.
The default value is when at least one search term matches new or updated results.
