In the Confirmation email section of the Feedback administration interface, it is possible to select whether Fluid Topics sends an email to acknowledge feedback or not to authenticated users.
Clearing the checkbox in the Confirmation email section means that Fluid Topics will not send feedback acknowledgment emails.
- Fluid Topics sends feedback emails by default.
- This option is only available when feedback is sent by the Fluid Topics email sending method. See Email service for authenticated users.
