Enrich content

Selecting the Enrich and Clean tab in the Knowledge Hub section of the Administration menu displays this interface as follows:

Enrich_and_clean_3_7

  1. A button to open the New rule window, where it is possible to apply a vocabulary Vocabularies to an existing facet.

  2. A column displaying the name of the original metadata.

  3. A column displaying the name of the taxonomy applied to the metadata.

  4. A column displaying the name of the newly generated metadata.

  5. A column displaying a checkbox to define whether the newly generated metadata is a hierarchical facet.

  6. A column displaying a checkbox to define whether the newly generated metadata displays or removes values that have not been entered in the applied taxonomy.

  7. A button to delete an enrichment.

The Enrich and Clean administrative interface is not fully enabled until at least one vocabulary has been defined in the Vocabularies administration interface. For example, the New rule button is disabled if no vocabulary exists.

It is possible to launch a reprocess job at any time by selecting the Reprocess button in the Enrich and Clean administration interface. Reprocessing content can take anywhere from a few minutes to many hours, depending on the size of the corpus. New uploads are put on hold until the reprocessed job is finished.

  • Selecting the title of a column sorts its contents in alphabetical order.
  • For more information, refer to the Enrich and Clean Metadata Technical Note.
