To deactivate a user account without deleting the user information and assets, lock the account.

To lock a user account:

  1. Select the pencil icon for the user in the Manage users administration interface.

  2. Select the Status toggle to lock/unlock the user's account.

  3. Select Save.

    The user account is locked. The user can no longer access the Fluid Topics portal.

Locked users do not receive alerts.
