The "Cross-document links restrictions" option is used to disable the option to reach the linked topic in the Cross Documents link popup.
It can be enabled or disabled by ticking or unticking the option:
- If disabled, the linked topic can be reached through the preview popup window by clicking its title or on the Read the topic in context button.
- If enabled, the linked topic is only displayed as a preview in the popup window and cannot be reached. The Read the topic in context button is not displayed.
This option is disabled by default.
