ADMIN and PORTAL_ADMIN users can define a legal terms message for each interface language available for the portal.



- If a user has selected an interface language for which no message is configured, Fluid Topics displays the message configured for the fallback language.

- By default, the fallback language for Fluid Topics is American English (en-US). It is possible to choose a different fallback language in the Languages administration interface.

Setting a message for the fallback language is mandatory.

To set a message for the fallback language:

  1. Select the pencil icon next to the language tagged as the fallback language.
  2. Fill in the following fields:
    • Label: Enter the text of the message:.
    • Links: Enter the URL where end-users can access information about the legal terms.
  3. Select Validate in the Message section of the Legal terms administration interface.
  4. Select Save in the Legal terms administration interface.
