This feature is only available to ADMIN and KHUB ADMIN users.

The metadata associated with an unstructured document is available in the Viewer.

Select the Document's metadata button:

The list of an unstructured document metadata is available from the toolbar

A drawer opens listing all metadata associated with the unstructured document.

An unstructured document metadata can be consulted in the metadata inspector

In this drawer, the following metadata elements are displayed:

  • The ID of the document
  • The name and ID of the Source used to upload the document to Fluid Topics
  • The Last publication date when the document was last uploaded to Fluid Topics
  • The Built-in metadata which are FT-generated metadata.
  • The Custom metadata which are Client-generated metadata

Any changes are indicated with a "change" tag. Click the arrow to show their history.

The following screenshot shows the modification of the language of a document. The content language, originally set as English (en), is changed by Fluid Topics into American English (en-US), which is the combination of the language designator (en) and the region designator (US).
