Once your configuration is done, it is necessary to save your changes and to apply them to the portal.

  1. Click Validate once the message is configured.
  2. Click Save to apply the changes.

    Users are now shown the Legal Terms Agreement message when signing in and prompted to accept it.

    The Legal Terms Agreement message is displayed when signing in



- If new users, who were created in the internal realm or who signed up by themselves, click Cancel when being prompted to accept the Legal Terms agreement, then their accounts are deleted.
The portal Administrator has to recreate the user accounts.

- In the case of SSO accounts, if users click Cancel when being prompted to accept the Legal Terms agreement, users' accounts are automatically recreated and users retrieve the Legal Terms agreement page when signing in again. SSO accounts can be automatically recreated indefinitely.
