In the Enrich and Clean administration interface, users with the ADMIN or KHUB_ADMIN role can perform the following actions:
- Generate new facets using existing metadata and taxonomies.
- Cleanse metadata.
- Remove duplicates.
- Reorganize the tagging scheme matching custom taxonomies.
Selecting the Enrich and Clean tab in the Knowledge Hub section of the Administration menu displays this interface as follows:
- A New rule button to apply a taxonomy to an existing facet.
- A link redirecting to the Back Office where it is possible to create, modifiy, or consult a taxonomy.
- This column displays the name of the original metadata.
- This column displays the name of the taxonomy applied to the metadata.
- This column displays the name of the newly generated metadata.
- The check box in this column is used to define whether the newly generated metadata is a hierarchical facet.
- The check box in this column is used to define whether the newly generated metadata displays or removes values that have not been entered in the applied taxonomy.
- A button to delete an enrichment.
Selecting the title of a column sorts its content in alphabetical order.
It is possible to launch a reprocess job at any time by selecting the Reprocess button. Reprocessing content can take anywhere from a few minutes to many hours, depending on the size of the corpus. New uploads are put on hold until the reprocessed job is finished.
To fully use this feature, it is necessary to use the Back Office Vocabularies Application.
