Users waiting to be attached are found on the Back Office Administration screen.
In the Back Office, go to the Administration screen.
The following window is displayed:
The top left section shows a list of the connected users that have not yet been attached to any Organization account.
Click the user to attach.
Select the proper Organization account.
Click ATTACH.
The selected user is now attached to the selected Organization account.
