Users with the ADMIN or ANALYTICS_USER role can select the Analytics button in the portal's header to display the Analytics dashboard.
The dashboard shows the following information:
- The evolution of the total number of document views over the past month.
- The evolution of the total number of topic views over the past month.
- A list of the top 10 most popular documents over the past month with the number of views for each document.
- The evolution of the number of sessions per month over the past year.
Tabs in the sidebar make it possible to switch between different types of analytics data. The data is grouped into the following sections:
The Analytics dashboard is reserved for SaaS customers.
The Analytics dashboard requires the browser window to be at least 768px wide. For more information, refer to Browser recommendations.
