Each day, Fluid Topics stores logs about document ratings to make actionable metrics available to users with the ADMIN or ANALYTICS_USER role.
In the Document ratings page of the Analytics dashboard, authorized users can view the ratings end-users have submitted for documents in the Knowledge Hub. For each document, a shortcut menu provides an option to display the document in the Reader page.
