Selecting the shortcut menu icon (
) in the Content pane opens the Topic shortcut menu as follows:
Actions available in the Topic shortcut menu include:
- Bookmark
- Add to personal book
- Share URL
- Print topics
- Send feedback
- View topic metadata
The actions available depend on the user's role(s) and the configuration of the portal. For example, if a user has the PRINT_USER role but an administrator did not activate the Share URL toggle, the Print button will be displayed and the Share URL button will be hidden.
