At any time, users can add one or more topics to the Personal Book of their choice.

For more information about adding topics directly to a new Personal Book, see Create Personal Books from a Topic section.

To add topics to an existing PBK, perform the following steps:

  1. When consulting documentation on Fluid Topics, click the Add to a Personal Book icon (FT PBK icon) to add the current topic to a Personal Book.

    The Add to a personal book icon is available in the Reader

    The following window is displayed:

    Topics can be added to a personal book

    To add several topics, toggle the switch to "A set of topics".

  2. Add a comment if you wish. (Optional)
  3. On the drop-down menu, select the existing book you wish to add the topic to, or create a New Book.
  4. Click OK to validate the new addition.
