The Reader page is composed of three sections as follows:

Where:

  1. The Cover bar
  2. An expandable sidebar
  3. The content pane

The following screenshot shows the Reader page with the sidebar expanded and the Table of contents tab open:

Where:

  1. A back button to return to the Search page.
  2. The title of the book currently open.
  3. The Document shortcut menu.
  4. Public metadata associated with the document. ADMIN and PORTAL_ADMIN users can choose metadata to display here in the Reader page administration interface.
  5. An arrow to open the document's Cover page.
  6. The Reader page sidebar. The tabs which appear in the sidebar depend on the features enabled in the Features Toggling administration interface and users' assets.
  7. A button to expand or collapse the Table of Contents.
  8. The Topic shortcut menu.
  9. A button to collapse the sidebar.
