Fluid Topics v.3.7.42 introduces a Cover bar as a replacement for the Action bar.
The Cover bar is only available if an administrator has activated the feature and is currently only available to users with the BETA_USER role. If these conditions are not met, Fluid Topics reverts to the legacy action bar.
Actions that were previously available in the Action bar are now available in either the Document shortcut menu or the Topic shortcut menu.
Accessing the Reader page displays the Cover bar as follows:
Where:
- A button to return to the Search page.
- The title of the document currently open.
- The Document shortcut menu.
- Public metadata associated with the document. ADMIN and PORTAL_ADMIN users can choose which metadata to display in the Reader page administration interface.
- An expander arrow to open the document's Cover page.
The Cover page became available with the release of Fluid Topics v3.8. Earlier versions of Fluid Topics do not support the Cover page.
