By default, a Personal Book contains all selected topics organized according to the chronological order in which they were added to the PBK.
To reorganize the structure of a Personal Book, perform the following steps:
- On the Edit your personal book tab, click Edit Table of Contents.
The following window is displayed:
- The control panel used to modify the hierarchy of selected topics.
A parent topic takes all its children when moved.
- Delete button used to remove the selected topic from the current Personal Book.
When a parent topic is removed, all its children are deleted, too.
- The control panel used to modify the hierarchy of selected topics.
- Select the topic to move in the Personal Book's topic list.
- Click the arrows from the control panel to modify the position of the selected topic within the structure of the current Personal Book.
▲ The selected topic goes up one place, keeping the same level within the hierarchy
▼ The selected topic goes down one place, keeping the same level within the hierarchy.
► The selected topic becomes the child of the topic above it.
◄ The selected topic goes to the same level as the topic above it.
- Click Save book to validate the modifications.
Any modification done to a topic equally affects the topic children.
