When a user forgets the password used to log into the Fluid Topics account, an email can be sent to reset the password and enter a new one.

  1. Click the Login button in the upper-right corner of the portal:
  2. Click Forgot Password.

    An email is sent to set a new password.

  3. Follow the link to change the password.
