Users with the RATING_USER role can rate a document, as follows:

Open a document in the Reader page.

Select the Rate this document option (available in the Title bar or the Title pane depending on the portal's configuration).

Submit a rating.

Add feedback about how to improve the document (optional).

Select More options to format the feedback message and/or add an attachment (optional).
