Next to the title of each topic, a shortcut menu is available with buttons to perform the following actions:

Bookmark a topic.

Add a topic to a Personal book.

Send feedback.

View the topic's Metadata journal (reserved for administrators).
- Depending on the portal's configuration, a number of actions may also be available as Topic quick action buttons, which may either be present in addition to the Topic shortcut menu, or as a replacement for the Topic shortcut menu.
- The availability of the Share URL and Print buttons depends on whether an administrator has configured the portal to display them, and whether the user has the appropriate user role.
