Selecting the Personal book shortcut menu in the dedicated Reader page expands the Title bar to display the following information:

  1. The title of the Personal book.

  2. A description of the Personal book.

  3. A toggle to enable or disable sharing for the Personal book.

  4. A button to copy the URL of the Personal book.

  5. A button to download the Personal book in HTML format.

  6. A button to download the Personal book in PDF format.

If the Collections feature is enabled for the portal, users with both the PERSONAL_BOOK_USER and the COLLECTION_USER roles can add the Personal book to a Collection.
