Users with the RATING_USER role can rate a topic, as follows:

Open a document in the Reader page and scroll to the topic to be rated.

Select the Rate this content option, as follows:

Submit a rating.

Add feedback about how to improve the topic (optional).

Select More options to format the feedback message and/or add an attachment (optional).
Rating for topics is only available if an administrator has activated it for a portal.
