It is possible to add the following types of content to a Collection.

Structured documents including maps and articles.

Unstructured documents such as PDFs.

Personal books (requires the
PERSONAL_BOOK_USER
role). -
Shared personal books (requires the
PERSONAL_BOOK_USER
role).
Personal books added to a Collection are available when online but not when offline.
Authorized users can add content to a Collection, as follows:

Open the Document shortcut menu (or the Personal book shortcut menu).

Select the Add to a collection button, as follows:
The Collections drawer opens.

Select the title of a Collection to add the content to it.
Manually adding content is only possible with static collections.
