Improvements

  1. Adds a new Notifications > Email administration page.

  2. Adds statistics about MIME type usage to the KHUB dashboard.

  3. Users must now have both the SAVED_SEARCH_USER and the BETA_USER roles to use My searches.

  4. Adds default user roles to the Portal Data Stats dashboard.

  5. Adds My Searches toggle status to the Portal Data Stats dashboard.
