Improvements

  1. Adds information about a document's last publication date to the /api/khub/maps/search, /api/khub/documents/search, and /api/khub/clustered-search web services.

  2. Improves public python API by adding an ExternalDocument class to publish external documents, fixing the pypi.org README, and updating docstrings. These improvements are available in version 1.0.1 of the python API.
