It is possible to install the Offline mode extension via the My Account menu as follows:
- Open the My Account menu in the portal's header and select the Offline settings option.
- Select Install.
After selecting Install, the button's text changes to Uninstall.
Selecting Uninstall removes all content previously stored on the device for offline access.
If a portal administrator disables Offline mode , the extension will be automatically uninstalled the next time the user logs in to the portal via a browser, and it will no longer be possible to switch offline.
