Users can upload unstructured documents such as images with an XML file called a Control File to provide specific information.
In the Control File, users can set the following information:
- The filename of the image file to upload from the archive.
- Additional information, such as:
- A title.
- A description.
- Metadata.
All the images to upload and the FluidTopicsControlFile.xml file must be at the root of a single ZIP archive.
When uploading a set of images, uploading with a Control File can be a long-term time-saving solution. It enables users to quickly change the images' metadata without editing each file manually.
