The table of contents has been revamped to display information about all topics currently visible in the content pane of the Reader page.

For this purpose, Fluid Topics v3.10 adds .tree-visible-node for visible toc nodes, as well as a div between the <li> and the node content. This div contains the background color (@tocVisibleTopicsBackgroundColor).
