In the Upload section, users with the ADMIN or PORTAL_ADMIN role can upload previously downloaded pages, templates, and assets.
After selecting the archive to upload, a popup window with the following elements appears on the page:
- Publish pages toggle: users can activate it to automatically publish the imported pages, templates, and assets.
- A check list of the types of pages and templates contained in the archive.
- An Assets check box if the archive contains any asset.
Not selecting any check box exclusively uploads pages, templates, and assets which do not already exist on the portal. Selecting an existing page, template, or asset in the upload window automatically replaces the existing element to avoid ID and name conflicts.
Users with the PORTAL_ADMIN role can only upload content if an ADMIN disables the Custom Components toggle in the Security tab of the Administration menu.
