Relevance and speed are the core of a search engine.

Essentially, the aim is to deliver the most relevant results regarding to the user query. When submitting a query, the search engine is using a number of algorithms to find the best matches within all indexed documents.

Fluid Topics is an Antidot solution and therefore embeds the Antidot Finder Suite (AFS) search engine. Unlike other existing search engines, AFS does not rely on pre-existing open-source engine software such as Apache Lucene, Xapian, Sphinx, and so on, but uses its own proven and reliable algorithms.
