The following components are available on the standard Fluid Topics Homepage:

Where:

1. The Fluid Topics header

   • The Administration option in the header is reserved for users with the ADMIN, KHUB_ADMIN, CONTENT_PUBLISHER, USERS_ADMIN or PORTAL_ADMIN role.

   • The Analytics option in the header is reserved for users with the ADMIN and/or ANALYTICS_USER role.

     BEHAVIOR_DATA_USER users can also select the Analytics button, which only gives them access to the Sessions list Analytics page, and Session journey drawer. BEHAVIOR_DATA_USER do not see the Analytics sidebar.

2. A title and short description of the Fluid Topics portal.

3. A menu to apply one or more filters to the results of a search query.

4. A search box where users can type one or more keywords. Entering an empty search query displays all the documentation the user has the right to access in the Search page.

5. Tiles that showcase key information.

To search for topics containing a specific keyword:

1. Enter the keyword in the search box. The smart autocomplete feature suggests matching content.

2. Select one of the suggested searches or select the magnifying glass icon.
