Opening the Personal topic shortcut menu and selecting Edit personal topic displays the Edit personal topic drawer, as follows:

The 'Edit topic' panel. There is a field labeled 'Title' (labeled as 1). Below that is a section labeled 'Comments' (labeled as 2). At the bottom, there is a 'Remove' link with a trash icon on the left (labeled as 3) and two buttons: 'Cancel' and 'Save'.

Where:

  1. A section to edit the title of the topic.

  2. A section to add a comment to the topic.

  3. A button to remove the topic from the Personal book.

Comments appear at the end of the topic to which they were added. However, comments do not appear in HTML or PDF exports.
