The 'Edit properties' panel. There is a field labeled 'Title' (labeled as 1). Next is a field labeled 'Description' (labeled as 2). Below, there is a section labeled 'Select metadata' with two dropdown menus: 'Key' and 'Value' labeled as 3. At the bottom, there is a yellow button labeled 'Add metadata'.

Selecting the Edit properties button in the Edit personal book tab of the dedicated Reader page opens the Edit properties window, as follows:

Where:

  1. A field to modify the title of the Personal book.

  2. A field to modify the description of the Personal book.

  3. Drop-down menus to select a metadata key and its value. The Add metadata button allows users to apply it to the Personal book.

    Only ADMIN, CONTENT_PUBLISHER, or PORTAL_ADMIN users can define metadata for a Personal book.

Selecting a metadata key can allow users to paginate their shared Personal books. See Pagination.
