My Library is a space dedicated to storing and accessing the following user assets:
Selecting the My Library menu displays shortcuts to the different categories of available user assets. Selecting one of these shortcuts opens the My Library interface.
Depending on which role(s) an administrator assigns to a user, some categories of user assets may not be available in the Manage Library menu and the My Library page:
- Only users with the
SAVED_SEARCH_USERrole can view Searches. - Only users with the
PERSONAL_BOOK_USERrole can view Personal books. - Only users with the
COLLECTION_USERrole can view Collections.
