We are thrilled to unveil Fluid Topics v5.1, a significant update that enhances our Generative AI capabilities, adds powerful new tools to our designer module, and reinforces the security of our platform. Here is a quick overview:
Chatbot:
Several of our customers are already going live with the chatbot feature. To ensure even greater relevance and accuracy, we've introduced advanced parameters: reranking and customizable prompts.
Translation feature (Alpha):
We are making strides toward on-the-fly translation, starting with on-demand, high-quality content translation. We are adding technology and connectors to leverage trained machine translation engines.
Header designer (Beta):
The Header Designer is now available in beta, giving you the tools to create branded and engaging headers for your portal.
Search block:
The Search Block component is now accessible across all designer modules, enhancing the search functionality by providing greater flexibility and better contextualization of results.
Analytics:
The Session List and Session Journey screens are now in beta, allowing you to identify sessions and explore them in greater detail for deeper insights.
Accessibility:
Prioritizing accessibility, Fluid Topics introduces key enhancements including improved support for assistive technologies.
Connectors:
We have made updates to the Word, Markdown, Paligo, and Open API connectors for better content management.
New access rules:
The enhanced Content Access Rules capability is built to provide better control over document access, with a more intuitive and comprehensive configuration process.
Confidentiality / Watermarking:
Confidentiality is a new feature that provides precise control over dynamic watermarking in content documents and PDFs. It allows for custom watermarks, metadata-driven rules, and personalization variables, all of which can be applied both online and offline.
Security:
Security is constantly improving to provide stronger protection and ensure compliance, now with features like enforced Multi-Factor Authentication, TLS updates, mTLS for mutual authentication, direct certificate registration, and a strict dynamic Content Security Policy.
