If a portal is publicly accessible, users land on the Homepage where one can authenticate, select the language of a portal, use the search bar to find documents, and navigate a designed page.
Users with the ADMIN or PORTAL_ADMIN role can configure if a portal is publicly accessible or reserved for authenticated users in the Authentication tab of the Administration menu.
