To modify the content of a document after its original publication, users with the CONTENT_PUBLISHER, ADMIN, or KHUB_ADMIN role can publish the new version through the same source. The updated document automatically replaces the previous one.
- Publishing an updated document in a different source creates a duplicate document.
- Changing the document title creates a duplicate document.
It is also possible to modify or update metadata using a control file for all formats except Author-it.
