By selecting the Legal terms tab in the Users section of the Administration menu, users with the ADMIN or PORTAL_ADMIN role can perform the following actions:
- Enable legal terms.
- Define a message prompting users to accept legal terms when signing in to a Fluid Topics portal.
- Add a message for another interface language
- Update legal terms.
- Notify users about updated legal terms
End-users cannot access the portal unless they accept the legal terms.
