Fluid Topics Publisher (ftpub)

It is possible to run ftpub on a machine running Windows as follows:

Select the Attachments button, and download ftpub for Windows.
Open the .exe file.
In the terminal, go to the directory where ftpub is located using the cd command.
Run the following command to display the help tool:
```
ftpub --help
```
