The collect command compresses a file or set of files into a ZIP file.
A content administrator may then publish the ZIP file to a Fluid Topics portal in one of the following ways:
- By using the
publishcommand in a CLI. - By uploading the archive manually in the portal's Knowledge Hub.
For most use cases, it is simplest to use the publish command, which collects and publishes simultaneously.
Using the collect command remains useful for edge cases where it is necessary to keep a detailed record of the creation of the ZIP file.
