Users with the ADMIN or PORTAL_ADMIN role can create interface messages and translate them using the custom labels XML files located in Administration > Portal > Languages. It is possible to add these custom labels in a designed page using the Localized label component.
If a label has no translation, it defaults to the fallback language.
If the design of a page differs from one language to another, it is possible to create one page per language.
