After saving a Result template in the Search results designer, the template becomes available for use in the Search results component.

The steps to apply templates to a Search results component are as follows:

1. Open a designer.
2. Add a Search results component.
3. Select the cogwheel icon to display configuration options for the Search results component.
4. Proceed to the Search parameters or Search results section based on the desired outcome.
