The Admin tools component allows ADMIN users to:
- See a publication's metadata (metadata journal)
- Update a publication's attachments (adding attachments, deleting attachments, renaming attachments' display name or filename)
- Delete the publication
- See the publication report.
The link to the publication report is not displayed on consumer portals.
A chip next to the document title indicates whether an access rule applies to the publication. A publication can be Available to everyone, or have Restricted access. If a publication is restricted, a pop-up shows to what access groups the publication is available.
- The Producer filters correspond to different steps of the Fluid Topics processing pipeline.
- It is not possible to delete a publication, or to update its attachments, through a consumer portal. Use the component on the manager portal instead.
- When opening a shared personal book in a designed Reader page, the Admin tools component is only displayed at the document level, not at the topic level.
