Users with the ADMIN or PORTAL_ADMIN role can configure the Action block component to perform one of the following actions:

  • Copy link to clipboard: lets users copy the URL of a topic or document.
  • Print document: lets users print the whole document.
  • Print topics: lets users print the currently viewed topics.
  • Add to personal book: lets users add selected topics to a personal book.
  • Open the feedback interface: lets users open the Send feedback about a document drawer.
  • Add to a collection: lets users with the COLLECTION_USER role add a topic to a collection.
  • Go to next page: lets users go to the next page in documents with pagination.
  • Go to previous page: lets users go to the previous page in documents with pagination.
